Reviewer Zero's Formative and Interactive Review (FAIR) draft feedback program is designed for early career researchers (ECRs) to receive feedback on a draft of an unsubmitted or previously rejected manuscript OR on a response to reviews of a peer reviewed manuscript.

Mariam Aly is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at UC Berkeley. Her lab studies how memory systems contribute to attention, perception, and prediction. Molly is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and University Center for Human Values at Princeton University. Their lab studies relationships between self and society, power and knowledge, technology and culture.

Amanda Diekman, abdiekma@iu.edu

Amanda is a professor of social psychology in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University in Bloomington IN. She studies gender roles, motivation, and disparities in STEM.

Matt Goldrick, matt-goldrick@northwestern.edu

Matt is Professor of Linguistics and (by courtesy) Psychology at Northwestern University, where he directs the Cognitive Science Program. He studies language processing in monolingual and multilingual speakers using methods such as behavioral studies and computational modeling (with a bit of neuroscience).

Pablo is an associate professor at Skidmore college. His work focuses on word recognition, diffusion modeling, and statistical methods.

Franki is an Associate Professor of Psychological Sciences at Purdue University who is trained in both Industrial-Organizational and Social Psychology. His research studies how people and organizations navigate conflict between groups, workers, and within the self. Paul McKee, paul.mckee@duke.edu

Paul, M.S. Interdisciplinary Data Science, is a doctoral Psychology & Neuroscience and Executive Master of Business Administration candidate at Duke University. He holds Visiting Researcher positions at Stanford and Yale Universities. Additionally, Paul is an Adjunct Professor in the departments of Psychology, Philosophy, and Computer Science at Southern Connecticut State University. He is also a proud Marine Corps Infantry Veteran. Through both philosophical and empirical lenses, his research explores the neural mechanisms underlying and behavioral consequences of moral judgments and decision-making, social decision-making, implicit bias, motivation, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and other higher cognitive functions.
